Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how Eligify collects, uses and protects your personal information.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account or submitting an application. This can include your name, email address, phone number, résumé files and any answers you supply in application forms. We also log call transcripts and interview notes, analytics about form views and submissions and, if you connect external services, OAuth tokens for Gmail or Google Calendar.

If you represent a company, we store your business name, website, contact person and other details you provide. Payment information is processed by Stripe and we only retain the subscription reference.

How We Use Information

Your data is used to operate the Eligify service, evaluate applications and communicate with you. Résumés and call recordings may be analysed by OpenAI. SMS and voice calls are provided by Twilio, emails may be sent through Gmail or another SMTP provider and interviews can be scheduled on your connected Google Calendar. We do not sell your personal information.

Data Storage

All data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure with appropriate security measures. Some information may be processed by third parties such as OpenAI, Google, Twilio and Stripe solely to provide our services. When connected, your Google Calendar tokens are stored securely so we can manage events.
